Publish a secure link for access
- Initiate a case in Memories Connect or via your integrated case management system
- Enable the live stream in 1-click. It will be staged 48 hours before the service either on a Memories notice of service page or your own via secure link or embed code
- Send an email notification to the funeral commissioner / family designee 48 hours prior to the service, for easy sharing with family and friends

Broadcast for worldwide viewing
- Conduct a quick technical check before the service. Our 24/7 support team is available to help.
- Broadcast the stream during the service - enabling family and friends unable to attend in person to watch in high definition from anywhere in the world.
